If the answer is no: pray to let go of the heavy weight from pride and don’t forget:

Shortcomings are natural, they’re just part of ourselves. They help us to build our personhood.

You’ve heard about “nature vs nurture” well, in this case we remove the “vs” for a “plus”. And what’s the result of this addition?

A vulnerable person who’s capable of overcoming.

That’s the greatest expresión of the human strength.

Just think of a women in labor: she’s in pain, and that pain doesn’t mean she’s weak, neither does it mean that her body isn’t capable of delivering another human.

Just imagine the strength that she will know is within her after that experience.

That doesn’t mean that we are not perfect the way we are, but the whole opposite:

Because we are perfect we already count with everything required for us to renew our lives.

“Let it be” said the Beatles, “Hakuna matata” said Pumba and all this means is:

Look at life closely, isn’t it perfect? Not only nature wise but different events in our life always seem to pull us in the direction that’s most beneficial to us.

Purposely going into that direction is the key for a seamless everlasting transformation, the kind which comes from peace and strength.

Such a thing can only gives true joy to experience.

So this gives us the first ingredient to build our framework:

TRUST. Trust the process, trust life itself.

Hey! It’s managed to survive throughout millions of years. It seems to actually thrive when we do not try to take control.

That’s just a fact.

What’s next is to shower everyday with this truth.

The contamination in the ambience doesn’t only gets to the skin, it creeps into our inner self too, so in order to be always fresh we shower everyday.

Once this is done with the discipline that comes from conviction, we can move on into the reality of surrendering.

By this I just mean to take things when they come.

Lets start with a few key words to remember in our mantras for this framework to… work:

Openness, surrendering, trust, intuition community, positive influences, self forgivness, process,

Sometimes one doesn’t know how to change and mentors and inspiration as well as positive influences are key

Transformation and change is not about perfect flawless attempts but attempting always, have an ideal to work around

I’ve learned a few things about transformation from the las five years. I can say I was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT oerdon

he first thing I’ve learned from transformation is that the amount of elements that build our personhood are so many and intricate that we need to be compassionate with ourselves.

To ; which are they? If we could completely know we’d go crazy with so much self knowledge.

How to put order when they are not static, they keep getting on and off as we go on living.

But quite often this or that about us take the main stage for us to see and process it in some manner.

We are

Life happens and brings moments that feel like a pressure hose is hitting us right in the face, looking for our reaction or it’s more gracious cousin: a response.

It also brings moments where the compulsion to change starts calling us inside. Not acknowledging this and go against our own self brings all kind of frustrations.

Neither of these events come once in our lifetime.

That takes us into step one:

Expect them. We encounter as we walk. They are the crossroads in our paths.

Naturally, by the time these present to us we’ve already acquired the different elements that builds our CURRENT personhood.

Something very delicate hap

Moving forward, not back.

Because of that we can

While there some

Step two:

In a way they are never unexpected but always surprising.

This is where

Our own expansion is only natural. It’s a also a powerful desire.

Just think about this: what’s the true reason behind any war? Expansion indeed.

To take it is a skill to learn. is the driving desire to that preps us to expect it and to even be intentional about it.

“Let it be” said the Beatles, “Hakuna matata” said Pumba and all this means is:

This is the part that we can actually control because as life present t

Do what you need to achieve that: self

The next thing is

acting with power, strengthens confidence is required from us.

Let’s begin by identifying the first challenge involved into changing oneself:

Overcoming the ego punch from the truth:

We have shortcomings.

Read that again and be honest:

Can you feel the relief!? (Seriously, read that again).

If the answer is yes:

Cling to the humbleness forever, it’s a privilege to experience it. So rich.

Because we are perfect we already count with everything required for us to renew our lives.

It’s very accesible.

Sometimes it’s as clear as a love one begging us for it, or a bunch of never ending-always present-self brought troubles.

And just like that the journey starts by taking us from”too good to be truth” to “too real to take in”.

In more times we feel inspired to try something new because we saw that person we look up to doing it.

Whatever direction the compulsion to change comes we must welcome it to CONSIDER, maybe try and maybe keep it.

Yes, the desire of changing leads into challenges. Such special challenges because they give the precious substance which builds one’s expansion.

not in winning but in overcoming.

Although we might be taught to win so we won’t become a loser,

So in that note, let’s move on:

The next challenge is harnessing this newly acquired information.

“The truth sets you free”

And the truth is like a shower: you need it everyday.

To keep reminding oneself
